Why is the App freezing after selecting a workout. This issue is there all for months!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, do you mean that the Fitbit app freezes when checking your exercise details? Or is the issue with the Exercise app on your Fitbit device? Also, what is the model of your Fitbit device?

In case the issue is with the Fitbit app, I'd suggest force quitting the Fitbit app, rebooting your phone and checking your exercise logs afterward.

I have the same problem, as soon as I want to check some details about an exercise, the Fitbit app freezes. Your suggestion to force quite the app and reboot my phone did not solve the problem.

Have you any other suggestions?
