Is anyone else experiencing sync issues with the new iOS 15 update?
The scale won’t sync at all and the my watch, the Zone Minutes won’t sync.
Today, the app won’t sync my sleep either.

Hi @Alynrochelle. Welcome on board.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is odd and to investigate on my end, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? Also, what is your phone's model? Even though just your Active Zone Minutes and sleep aren't syncing, I'd recommend trying the following steps so we can ensure the connection with the Fitbit app:
- Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your Fitbit device to refresh its performance.
- Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Wait a few minutes and check if your details match between your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app.
In regards to your other question, I believe you have an Aria Air which can sync via Bluetooth. If that's correct, take your scale and phone to another room, weigh yourself and sync with the Fitbit app to log your weight data.
