So when I sync my Fitbit with the app on my phone, the steps and flights are syns correctly but active minutes and active hours (250+steps) has stayed at zero. I am also in a challenge with someone and my step count has not updated on there by 5000 steps.
I have tried to reset my phone and my Fitbit aswell as close the app and log out and in again and nothing is working.
