Active minutes are getting tracked incorrectly.

Ever since the last update, my active minutes are way off and seem to randomly pick and choose what it wants to count as active minutes. Before the update I had no problems. I could enter a exercise manually, use the stopwatch or let it pick up my runs and it was accurate. Now, no matter what I do it’s inaccurate.

Hello @Pippi58, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted your tracker and your phone recently? If so, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see when you manually log an activity so I can check how the active minutes are behaving in the app.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I had tried re-downloaded the app but didn't realize the fitbit had a reset. Either the fitbit reset or the new app update that came today seems to have fixed it!
