Active minutes are resetting in the app.

My charge 2 and the app on iPhone showed that there was 16 active minutes   this morning. These have reset to 0 about 10 minutes ago. How can I get them back?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, have you logged in a manual activity recently? Have you experienced this issue before? When was the last time you synced your tracker? Now, it's also possible the Fitbit app is not updating the information correctly, in which case I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard and check your active minutes here. If they're showing correctly, please try the following in the app:

 

  1. Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  2. Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
