Welcome to the Fitbit Community @CarrieOK. It's great to have you here. Your activities shouldn't be automatically modified nor disappear from your Fitbit account. It could be a good idea trying the following:
- Log out from the app
- Reboot your iPad
- Log back in
If necessary, you can download the latest version of the Fitbit app. Additionally, it could be a good idea checking out the online Dashboard to see if your data is there.
