Active minutes disappear after syncing - how do I get them back?

Completed a brisk 50 minute dog walk & synced my Fitbit - captured as 50 minutes of Activity. When I checked later to see if the time was showing in the weekly activity section (as update tends to take some time) I saw my displayed Active minutes drop to 47, then to 43 before disappearing altogether. Total steps are unaffected but I've noticed that 2 of the hours capturing 250+ steps have also disappeared. Device is approx 6 months old & regularly charged. How do I recover the lost data?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @CarrieOK. It's great to have you here. Your activities shouldn't be automatically modified nor disappear from your Fitbit account. It could be a good idea trying the following:

 

- Log out from the app

- Reboot your iPad

- Log back in

 

If necessary, you can download the latest version of the Fitbit appAdditionally, it could be a good idea checking out the online Dashboard to see if your data is there.
