Active minutes not showing in app.

I have completed the most recent update, logged off my App, restarted my blaze but my active minutes aren't showing. It shows the minutes on the exercise itself (4.5 mile walk in 1:02) but not on the home screen. Help 😀

Hello @Happylaines, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you have already restarted your Blaze. Tell me, is the Active Minutes tile not showing or is the tile showing 0 minutes? If the tile is not showing, it means the tile has been removed from the Dashboard and is now invisible. To verify this, please scroll down until you find the Edit button. Tap on it and the invisible tiles will display a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on the plus sign to make them visible again.

If the tile is showing but it's currently showing 0 minutes, please let me know so I can check this further.

Thanks for your patience, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @Happylaines, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have confirmed this with me, at this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard and check if your active minutes are showing correctly here. If they are, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted!
