So my
Weekly / monthly calories burnt/active minutes/duration of exercise is not being shown in the chart?
It’ll show like 2 or 3 days sometimes but even then it doesn’t always show all I’ve done that day?
Why does this happen?

Hello @FATAMY, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. it seems the app is not showing correctly the information already stored in the servers which is why is showing incomplete information even after you sync. At this moment I would like to ask you to try the following in the app:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and if you're still experiencing this issue, please take screenshots and reply to me with them so I can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @FATAMY, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
What I mean when I say to "force-quit" the app is closing it entirely. When you open an app in your iPhone, it remains open even if you tap the home button to return to "close it". When you double tap the home button, you will be able to see all the apps open at the moment, you can choose to close every single one of them or just the ones you want. When you swipe up the apps, you will close them entirely, which will reset them.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
