Same hear.  My Fitbit One hasn't updated since yesterday and now the log page is all weird.  Full of unwanted graphs and no way to delete them, the format is horrible and not user friendly.

Have mine linked to my laptop.  Used to work fine, not anymore.   Sync button is gone as well under the settings.  I've installed and uninstalled, checked Bluetooth and still, nothing.

@Graces-mom Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the iOS App board as there are more chances for you to get an answer to your inquiry here.

Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with active minutes after updating the Fitbit app.

Have you checked if the active minutes are showing on the online dashboard? Do you see the active minutes tile on the app's dashboard? If you don't see the tile; it may be hidden. Try the following steps to get it back:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. To hide tiles, tap the x or -  icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to hide.
  3. To show hidden tiles, tap or click the + icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to show.
  4. To rearrange tiles, hold and drag the tile to a new location.
  5. Tap or click Done.

Try logging out from the Fitbit app, rebooting your phone, and logging back in. That could help you out as well.

@mdofesp Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with the Fitbit app. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.

Are you still experiencing the same? I'd recommend trying these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.

Also, what graphs are the ones you don't want to have? You can try hiding tiles by following the above steps.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

I updated my Fitbit app Feb 9, 2019. Since then, my exercises won’t track correctly and if I self enter my active minutes go away. Today my exercises recorded half and active mi utes showed. Then out of nowhere my active minutes on my home screen disappeared. I’ve reset my Fitbit several times and am up to date on ends.

UPDATE:

Also, the app won’t register my heart rate. I’ve had a Fitbit for MANY years and can’t believe these issues are still happening!
