Active minutes tile not showing up.

I uploaded the fitbit update and now have problems with the active minutes showing up as a tile in the weekly exercise.  I have closed the app, shut off my phone and restarted and the problem continues.

Hello @MKSB, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to resolve this issue. At this moment, Iwould like to gather some more information about your situation so I can check this further, I appreciate your responses beforehand:

  • Are you not able to see the Active Minutes tile in the main tile at the top of the Dashboard (the one with steps, distance, active minutes, floors and calories burned)?
  • Are you not able to see Active Minutes when you go into your exercises's details?

Additionally, I will appreciate if you could reply to me with a screenshot of you Dashboard or the place where Active Minutes are missing so I can check this as well.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I did two additional things. I turned in the Fitbit location setting and downloaded a phone iso update. Now the exercise tile seems to work again.

I have changed two things on my phone. 1.  I turned on location for my Fitbit app.  2.  I downloaded the latest isi update. Now my exercise tile seems to work again.   I am not sure what fixed it, but all good for now.
