Hi there @HenrietteNOR, welcome aboard to our Community. I just passing by to see how it goes this issue? Did you try the restart, recommended by @SunsetRunner?
Essentially active minutes are a measurement of time spent doing activity that is more intense than regular walking. So your tracker detect subtle differences in exertion that may explain why two seemingly identical activities result in different active minute totals. Also is important to consider that when you do more often an activity, it will get more easy with the time; requiring to invest more effort that when you start doing it.

@HenrietteNOR thanks for the update and for following the troubleshooting steps suggested here. If an activity gives you active minutes one day and fewer active minutes the next day, remember that the intensity of exercise is key. Often what seems like the exact same amount of effort over the same distance in fact differs slightly enough to change your active minutes total.
Also, remember that the more calories you burn the higher your total active minutes. Assuming you're active for at least 10 minutes at a time, green spikes on your calorie graph typically indicate that you’re earning active minutes. Hope this makes sense!
