Hi there @Paresh. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having issues syncing your tracker and getting your active minutes. You can restart your tracker depending on the one you use by following these instructions:

Fitbit Zip:

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the "+" side facing up, and close the door.

Fitbit One:

  1. Plug your charging cable into your computer.
  2. Plug your Fitbit One™ tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
  3. Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
  4. Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.

Fitbit Flex:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert your tracker into the charging cable.
  2. Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
  3. Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
  4. Take your tracker out of the charger and insert it back into the wristband.

Fitbit Charge and Charge HR:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge/HR. Your Charge will begin charging.
  2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
  3. Let go of the button.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Fitbit Alta:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any USB power adapter.
  2. Insert the other end of the cable into the port on the back of your Fitbit Alta™. Your Alta will begin charging.
  3. Press the button on your charging cable three times within eight seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer.
  4. Eight seconds after the first button press, you'll see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This means Alta is restarting.
  5. After you see the logo you can unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Fitbit Blaze and Surge:

  1. Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your tracker for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim on the surge and turn off on the Blaze
  2. Let go of the buttons.

After doing this, try your tracker out and see how it goes. Let me know if you need more help!
