Workweek Hustle not capturing all steps

My dashboard and Fitbit say I have drastically higher steps than what is captured in the challenges. anyone have a similar issue? How do I fix it?

Thank you. To note, it is quite a few steps. Yesterday, my fitbit and dashboard showed 24,628, but the challenge only showed 15,917.

@KtPaxton Challenges begin and end in the Challenge creator's timezone. If you are in a different time zone than the Challenge creator, you might see a difference between your challenge leaderboard and your dashboard steps.

While I understand that, this was the first day of the challenge. I am on the West Coast, so all challenges start into Sunday evening for me. With that logic, should I have MORE steps, not less? Most of the hours I was sleeping. There are 10k steps that are not showing up. I have been in this challenge group for months, and this is a new issue in the past few weeks.

Going into day 3 and now I am missing 25k steps.. No manual steps added, tried all the troubleshooting options found on other posts. 


This definitely seems like a issue on the Charge specifically. Doesn't make the challenges much fun if they aren't correct!
