iOS app on iPhone 12 Pro paired with charge 4 shows two time ranges when I was in the zone, but the overall number for the day is still at 0.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @pashkal.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account. Sync your tracker and check the active minutes.

If the issue persists, please confirm if the tracker itself is showing your active zone minutes? Do you see your active zone minutes using the fitbit.com dashboard?

For more information about active zone minutes, see What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to your response.
