Activity Tracker

I have a FitBit Ultra. I started tracking for an activity this morning. Stopped it (saw the flag) when I was finished. My activity shows up on the website but not in the iOS app. Activities that I enter in MFP show up on my dashboard in the app just fine and the FitBit is syncing steps and calories fine too. It just will not add activities TO THE APP in which I used the activity tracker feature. I've plugged it into the charger and did a restart/reset to no avail. It tracks sleep fine though when the tracker is activated. Please help!

Hello @kad515, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

As your activities are being displayed on the online Dashboard and not your app, it's possible the servers are taking a bit longer to update the information displayed. In this particular case I would like to suggest forceclosing the app by double-tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. Then open it again and wait a bit for the activities to show up.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted! Smiley Wink

Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work. I tried that last week and tried it again today. I recorded another activity today and even renamed it WALKING so that it would count towards my goal of 5 days of exercise (instead of just my daily steps). It shows up under activities on the website but will not transfer over to the app. I'm running the lasted iOS update (10.2) and FitBit 2.31. In order for the exercise to show up in the app I need to enter it in MFP at the same start time as the recorded activity.
