Activity Tracking

I have a FitBit Ultra. I started tracking for an activity this morning. Stopped it (saw the flag) when I was finished. My activity shows up on the website but not in the iOS app. Activities that I enter in MFP show up on my dashboard in the app just fine and the FitBit is syncing steps and calories fine too. It just will not add activities TO THE APP in which I used the activity tracker feature. I've plugged it into the charger and did a restart/reset to no avail. It tracks sleep fine though when the tracker is activated. Please help!

I am going to move this to thr iOS forum where you will get a better answer as it has to do with the app.

Hello @kad515, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around @WendyBSmiley Happy

@kad515, have you checked if the information about your activities are being recorded on your online Dashboard? We're currently experiencing a but that's preventing the activities to be displayed on the Fitbit app, our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please forceclose the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app. Then open the app again and check if the information has been refreshed.

I hope this can be helpful, thank you so much for your patience and understanding. If there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

Hello @kad515, and @JeffreyD1969 it's great to see you around, I hope you're doing well.

As @kad515 mentioned, the exercises are being recorded but are not displaying correctly on the Exercise tile on the Fitbit app. In the meantime, as a workaround it's possible to forceclose the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app; when you open it again the information will refresh. At the moment it's necessary to do it everytime you'd like to see your most recent activities.

I understand this is not ideal, however keep in mind that our team is working towards a prompt and proper solution for this issue. Thank you so much for your patience, if there's anything else I can do for you please keep me posted. Smiley Wink
