Activity data stopped displaying

When I tap on the plus next to activities such as sleep or exercise, it no longer shows me the detailed info on a new page such as sleep times or run distance. Is this a bug? I’ve tried resetting everything

According to @KateFitbit and @LizzyFitbit  the issue  was fixed with app version 3.18.  Are you currently on that version?  You can see their post here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Exercises-recorded-in-a-different-time-and-not-showing-data/...

 

A user still reported having issues despite updating the app... you can see fitbit's response as i believe its the last on the thread.

@KateFitbit it's going to be interesting to find out what version of the app @Karlivarhilton is on because if they are on 3.18 then this is the same issue that @Arboga is having after updating to 3.18. Maybe @Arboga issues are really related to the issue in this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Exercises-recorded-in-a-different-time-and-not-showing-data/...

 

If it does turn out that they are on 3.18 and experiencing the issue will fitbit rollback the app to a previous version.  I'm on version 3.12.1 and can confirm that this issue is't present.

 

I'm sure the rest of the community is eagerly waiting to regain this funcationality  and rolling back he app offers a quick solution.

@thenameless1i think merging my thread into others was a mistake by the moderators.  
i still have problems using the app.  
pulszone/heartrate is missing when using the app. The same problem that started with the update late Februari. 

For me It’s a mistory how @KateFitbit saying my problem is solved.

I'm having the same issue on IOS with v3.18.  It's giving me fits.  I also tried reinstalling the app.  Now I can't login to the app (and have verified credentials).  What a pain!
