Fitbit Update: 3/5

I appreciate everyone's feedback and contributions on this thread. I understand where you're coming from about not being able to log your exercises and sleep data correctly in the Fitbit app, and thanks for the steps you've tried while troubleshooting this matter.

This issue should be resolved with the next app update which is currently rolling out and should be available to 100% soon. Please make sure to keep your Fitbit app updated.

@KateFitbit

I did the update to 3.18 thesame day it was released.  Still not working.

Mentioned that a day ago in this thread.

When you actually do ger a working update I dont think your customers will update again.

The lack of feedback and your failure to fix the problem in this long time makes me wonder if my purchase was a bad decision.

@Arboga I recommend reaching out to customer support, you may be experiencing something unrelated to this issue.

@Arboga I stopped updating my app when I realized the app was actually getting worse with each update.  Not to mention there have been no new features introduced to the app.

Now, based on what I've observed on the forums and with the app update history logs. I don't believe the issue has been resolved or fixed! Although this is my opinion  (which i believe i'm allowed to have here on the forums)

Had the issue been resolved They should have addressed it in the app update notes.  Maybe something along the lines of -Fixed an issue where exercises recorded in a different time and not showing data.

Since it's not specifically stated we don't know what exactly (if anything) was fixed. I'm curious to see how many others still report issues.

@thenameless1 The app has not been getting worse with updates. Please refrain from positng inflammatory comments. If you don't update the app, you will likely still experience issues.

This original issue has been resolved with app release 3.18 and I don't have any further updates. I'll be closing it for further comments. If you are having issues please reach out to customer support. If you have a new issue to report, please start another thread.
