Hel! Is anyone else having trouble with settings?

Help! I can’t get any other stuff except for the time, step face. I got my Versa2 for Christmas and it doesn’t “move” to other screens! Does any one else have this problem?

If you mean the screen doesn’t swipe up or down and stutter when trying to swipe left, yes! Same issue with me. App and Fitbit versa 2 both day up to date. I have restarted the Fitbit (As recently as yesterday) and then it will work for a while. This morning it does not function properly again. Very irritating!

Hi I got in touch with Fitbit and they are sending me a new versa2! The person I talked to, online, was very helpful and I received an email saying my new Fitbit was on it’s way. I will keep you posted!

Hi, I got in touch with Fitbit and chatted with someone. They said because I was having so much trouble she would send me a new one. My Fitbit is only 3months old. Got an email saying it was being shipped! Will let you know if I get one!

I got in touch with Fitbit and they are sending me a new watch. Will let you know if I get it

Hi I got a new Fitbit in the mail yesterday. My warranty was still in affect so I didn’t pay anything for it. I used it this morning on my run and everything worked great! I can swipe up down left and right! I’m in love again! Give it a try if your watch is less than a year and you still have a warranty. Good luck!
