I have units set to km, on activity it shows distance and pace in km, but the splits says km but is actually in miles.

Hello, @Neomoppy! Welcome to the Forums! Man Happy I don't quite understand your issue, was it showing in miles before and now it in Km? If this is the case all you need to do is change the units of measurment on your personal settings, you can then select centimeters if you want Km or feet if you want miles.

I hope this helps, let me know!

I have it set to km, so total distance and pace shows km, the splits also says km, but is actually calculated in miles. E.g total distance 3.51 km, but if you add up the splits it only comes to 2.18 km, which actually converts to miles. I have changed the units several times to correct this, but it does not.
3.51km. 29.16 min. 8.20 pace
Km splits
1. 14.22
2. 12.26
0.18. 13.33

Hey @Neomoppy, thanks for your reply! Ok, I get it, so you have your distance set in Km, however only when you enter the splits, it automatically change it to miles, right? And for that, the distance covered decreased. I would like to know, have you experienced this before? Has it always like this? Could you please also post an screenshot of this? I would like to check this out with my coworkers to find a solution.

I'll be around!

It only happens on logged runs. If I change my units to miles, everything on historic runs converts correctly. But when I change it to km, it appears to have converted, but the splits is still calculated in miles.

Regarding your distance situation, I'd recommend logging out of your Fitbit app while changing this setting on your Dashboard online. Once the this has been set don't forget to force sync in order to save the changes, then go to your Fitbit app and log back in.

This should help, let me know how it goes! Man Tongue
