A warm welcome to the Community @Jmmn. I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing your tracker with your phone? If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly with your phone.

Today it worked, without changing anything. I am sure it was related to the iOS upgrade because it was syncing to the devices that hadn't been upgraded. So all fixed. Thanks for the help!
