A warm welcome to the Community @Jmmn. I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing your tracker with your phone? If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly with your phone.

For some reason, I'm having issues syncing too. Just got a brand new Alta cause I thought it was my old Fitbit but this morning it wouldn't sync to that either. Had to delete and reinstall the app. What's going on?

Great to see you around @Msereno. Have you tried the instructions on the link I provided in my previous post? If you haven't, I recommend trying those steps.

Today it worked, without changing anything. I am sure it was related to the iOS upgrade because it was syncing to the devices that hadn't been upgraded. So all fixed. Thanks for the help!
