Activity map not showing up in iOS Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've tracked two GPS runs with my Fitbit Versa where the map shows up as loading in the iOS Fitbit app. When I log into my Dashboard through a browser, I can see the activity map there. I've tried removing the Versa from my account, then deleting the Fitbit app, then restarting my iPhone and reinstalling/reconnected my Fitbit. No combination of these steps have worked to get the map to load in the iOS app. Any known solutions?

A warm welcome to the Community @teefoonee.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I just want to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to find more related topics about the Fitbit app.

About the issue you are experiencing with your map not showing on the app, I recommend making sure that you have "Background App Refresh" enabled for the Fitbit App and that you have "Location Services" turned on for the Fitbit App in your iOS settings. Click here for more details.

Keep me posted. Smiley Happy

I have the same issue with the IOS app. The maps do not show up for cycling tours with a long duration. I have on trip of 07 hrs 56 minutes and another one of 06 hrs 55 minutes for which the map does not upload. The calories burned and heart rate graphs are OK. I do not get the speed during the trip and the map, while I get the total trip distance and time.

I have started having this problem (no maps from my run) since updating to IOS 16.1.  Everything was working fine until then.

Any ideas?
