Activity suddenly not being logged as exercise

Hi,

My walking activity of >30 mins has been steadily registering as exercise for my daily exercise target.

But yesterday it didn't. If I go into the activity section, I can see 60 minutes' worth and a green star - but my pentagon (5-day goal) has not been updated. Has something changed?

I reset the Alta last night but it has still not updated.

Thanks.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome aboard to our Community. Certainly nothing has change in the way the Weekly exercise goal works. In additon there are no reports this is a bug affecting the app.

If your tracker automatically recognized the exercise or if you manually logged your activity it should be count towards your weekly progress. Due to any exercise captured in your exercise history counts towards your goal. If it was not recognized I recommend to force quit the app.

If the issue persist on a daily basis please do the following:

1. Log out from your Fitbit app and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and sign back in.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
