Activity tile not showing activities

I have worn my Blaze every day for 2 years without any issues. My activity is walking and the Blaze calculates. I do not enter manually. It has always added a day to my activity tile until Thursday, Oct 11. On Thursday, Oct 11, 2018 I walked 36,215 steps, 16.1 miles, 338 minutes. On Friday, Oct 12, 2018, I walked 21,313 steps, 9.6 miles, 183 active minutes.

The activity tile remained on 4/4 instead of displaying 6/4 with 4 days being the goal. I usually aim for 7/7 but now the Activity Tile is stuck on completing only 4 days with today being Saturday. The day is usually added after I walk about 3 miles. This has been consistent for two years until this past Thursday when it quit adding days to the octagon activity tile. I have hard reset the Blaze several times, logged out the app, restarted iPhone, logged back in app, and even reinstalled the Fitbit app. Nothing works. I also do not see my activity tile on my dashboard on laptop with no option to add it. Please assist in this matter. Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Community @Barksy2U.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your posts from the Blaze board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

Now about the issue you are experiencing, have you checked if your app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I update the app to the latest version? and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Yes, the app was update a few days before. The version is 8.402.1. It may be the update that has caused the issue.
