Hello All,
my ionic is barely 5 months old and it has stopped syncing, doesn’t even pair now. I tried all steps, multiple restarts, nothing works. I believe the watch’s Bluetooth has stop working. Can someone guide me on what’s the process to request for replacement?

@Shal81 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't syncing with your phone and thank you for restarting your device. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. You can check the replacement process here.
