Add heigth in Fitbit App

I am a new Fitbit user and have downloaded the app but it won’t let me add my height and therefore can progress no further.  Have tried deleting and reinstalling but no joy.  Frustrated and considering returning my new watch

I'm glad to hear you're a new member and thanks for your efforts while working on this. I understand your frustration and even though you've tried some steps, please make sure the next instructions are followed in the given order:

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the You tab at the botton.
2. Tap the tile with your name.
3. Scroll down and next to Profile information tap Edit.
4. Select Height and make your changes.
5. Once you're done, tap Save to update your details.
