I was walking 4 miles at the oceans edge and took off fitbit so it wouldn’t get wet (it’s on my ankle). How can I add those miles to my exercise record?

I recently answered this in another post to you. Maybe you didn’t see it, but yes, you can absolutely add that event. Look here on how to do so: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1306.htm
Look under “How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit App”

@Libra Your duplicate posts were merged to help keep the forum organized. If you were carrying your Fitbit, perhaps in a pocket, it's possible that your steps got counted. You don't get a heart rate trace, but you might have steps. Look at your step graph to see if you have steps for that time. If you log something manually, keep in mind that the distance doesn't get added to your lifetime distance. You won't get a lifetime distance badge when you expect it.
