Add option to tracker to detect when you're using Power Tools

Im the proud owner of a fitbit charge 2 which I wear pretty much continually. I like the insights it gives me in my day-to-day activities, and the accuracy of the device (which is debatable, but in my opinion its relieable, at least) is great. However, Im have an active occupation which, from time to time, requires me to use a power-drillhamer which vibrates. I’ve noticed that the charge 2 counts 5 minutes of drilling as aprox. 1000 steps. Now I like the “ohhs and wows” at the step count I get after a day of drilling, but its not how I would like to earn those.

I would really like to see an update in which my charge 2 (or any other fitbit device) “knows” when you are using power tools, or (battery powered tools 😏) that vibrate. For me it would cut down on unintended cheating and make it that bit more accurate.

Thx

Beau

Perhaps better guidelines, facts and fiction, should be issued. Along with comment above, also things like using shopping cart impact reliability; address all.
