I already have an account and my device is the Flex. My sister got the new Apple watch so she gave me her fitbit Charge. I have been trying to add this device to my account (not replace) and when I go to my account and ta "Add Device", it looks like it is trying to set it up, but nothing happens. It ends up locking up my app and I have to close it down. I have "rebooted" the Charge and set it to factory defaults, but nothing is helping! I have looked ofr answers an I feel like I've tried everything, but nothing works. I appreciate any help!

@deebrio You can pair a tracker to an existing account by using the replacement setup process mentioned here.
This should get you on track, but let me know if you need any additional assistance!
