Charge HR is not longer syncing with any device

Hi All,

My Charge HR has been working fine since Nov 2015, but today, my iphone 5S would not see the device.  It is not connecting and it is not listed in the Bluetooth device list.  I have restart the iphone, toggled the bluetooth on and off.  I told the iphone to forget the device and tried to start fresh.  now , it can't find it during the setup device wizard.

To rule out the iphone, I tried to sync it with my ipad and Macbook Pro(via the dongle).  both devices could not see it either.

The device seems to work ok.  It is counting steps and tracking my heart rate.

Is there a way of reseting the charge HR?  Could the bluetooth transmitter be broken?

I would like to add one more thing to this thread.  When you are going through the device setup wizard, it asks you to hold the button for 3 seconds.  When I do this, it starts a timer for a workout session.  So, I am not sure if it is sending the bluetooth pairing single as well.

I just fixed the issue.  I found instructions on the site to restart the charge HR and that did the trick.  Once the device restarted, the iphone was able to find and sync with it,
