I walked for 55 minutes this morning and it recorded it as 4pm. Also I just noticed that it doesn't show the map as it normally does, nor the calories burned, pace or the steps. The dashboard did not record the exercise day (i.e. it is only showing 2 of 5 days when it should show 3 of 5). For my 1:13hr walk yesterday it shows only 420 steps, 113 calories but no pace or map. The same walk the day before was 8620 steps, 424 calories and it shows the pace and map. However the dashboard today seems to shows the right number of steps, minutes exercised and calories (I think).
I also noticed that the sleep timer alternates between the correct start and stop time, and showing it starts and stops about five hours earlier.
Best AnswerThis is exactly what is happening to me! Glad I’m not crazy. Thought it might be the One that was having the issue, but my friend has a much newer device and she’s having the same issue. It does seem to have happened after the latest update. The other thing it impacts is my sync with Weight Watcher app.
On Thursday I used Twitter direct message to report the issue and had an excellent back and forth dialogue with a support person. They had me try a few different things with no positive effect so they have forwarded the issue along to the developers. They didn’t give me any time frame, but I sure hope we will see an update to correct the problem in the not too distant future. If you use Twitter you might want to direct message them to let them know about the Weight Watchers sync issue. @FitbitSupport
Best AnswerI have been exchanging emails with them. If you add data via desktop/laptop then your are good to go. If you add it from your phone it’s completely off. I’m sending them screenshots now. Hopefully have this resolved soon!
Best Answer@SallyGgg your app should be at 3.18 and this should be fixed.
Let me know what phone and I'll move the post to the app help board. This has nothing to do with your One.
