Changing Steps in Activity Not Working

This is going to be my third post about this issue.

 

Every time I change my steps goal in the activity screen, my steps revert back to my previous goal.

 

I have uninstalled my app, re-installed my app, uninstalled ionic, re-installed my ionic. Nothing has worked.

Hi @AmyLynnFriedl - the problem/solution may be in how you back out of the screen where you change your step goal. Generally speaking, it is critical that you tap Back or what ever option (usually in the top, left corner) is offered. You must back out of the screen properly in order to save your change. If this does not help, let us know which device and which iPhone you are using and I’d be happy to offer more specific steps.

That did not work. I have an iPhone 8+ trying to sync my Ionic.
