Why is one of my contacts not traceable when I click add friend, even though she's in my contacts, on my facebook & in my email addresses? I've tried all of these

Did you check the correct email address she used? Is it possible it's set up on a different email account and she isn't linked through Facebook? Have you tried having her add you as a friend?

I'm thinking that it's probably most likely she's not connected to Facebook and probably used a different email address than the one you have for Fitbit. I would suggest asking her to add you instead, then you can accept the request.
