I’m trying to add a friend who has a Fitbit but when I try to add her it says that she isn’t in my contacts or found on Facebook. I don’t know her email. How can I do this? She wanted to join challenges with me

Hi @jeccajay0503. Happy you found us here on the forums. If your friend is not in your contacts, are you in hers? If so, she can send you a friend request. Or you can simply ask her for her email address.

 

Or, if you can find a thread where she has posted,

  • tap on her picture to the left of the posting
  • then tap on Profile
  • and finally tap the Add Friend button.
