Unable to sync my tracker after setting a Fitbit Ace.

Ever since I added my daughter’s Ace to the family account and to my phone, I can’t synch my own Fitbit.  I tried the update and restarting and it’s still not working.  Any ideas? Thanks.

@TAGS1, I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, are you still having trouble syncing your Fitbit device? If so, please remember to switch between the child account you created to set up the Ace to your own account before syncing.
