Hey, I was having problems yesterday with the app (like most people) and today, I couldn't get my Versa to sync at all! I deleted the Versa from my app and now can't get it back on. I have deleted / added the app twice , turned on / off the bluetooth probably a dozen times and turned on / off the Versa five or six times. Is this due to the issues that were occurring yesterday? Should I give up trying to add it for a few hours? Any help or suggestions appreciated!

Hi @lessofme150 the list of compatible devices might help click to see
your phone must be running iOS 11+
I'd say the servers are being hit and people are downloading and posting. If you can, wait a bit, just in case a fix is figured out.

Thanks, I am running at 12.4.1. I will try it tonight when I get home from work and hopefully I have better luck.
