Adjusting duration of meditation sessions

Hi

Im using the meditation sleep sessions in the Fitbit app and I fall asleep - yay! However when I open the app in the morning the app logs hundreds of minutes I.e the duration that I started the meditation upto the point I re open the app in the morning.  I cannot for the life of me find anywhere in the mindfulness tile that allows me to adjust the duration.  This part of the app also freezes every morning when I go to log how I feel.

any ideas on how to adjust the duration in the mindfulness tile without having to manually add the session using the exercise tile as that really defeats the purpose of the mindfulness tile.
