After charging my Fitbit it automatically says I have met my steps for the day. It doesn't count my steps and the time is somehow off on it. I have an alarm set for 6 am and it goes off in the afternoon everyday.

Hi there @Renston21, welcome aboard to our Community. This is certainly an unexpected behavior from your Flex. I recommend to try with a restart on your tracker. If you need more help with these steps, take a look at this post from @DW50.

If this is not working, I recommend to pair your tracker as a new device on your existing account:

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

This should reset the configuration of your account.

Hope this helps and let me know if the issue persists.
