Hello @Geezerbill, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details shared in your post, If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Ricardo, my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

I will try to give you more details. Last Nov I purchased a new 11" ipad Pro. I set it up to use my Fitbit Charge 2 on it. The Fitbit dashboard app worked fine on it until a week or so Apple had an update to build 13.4.1. At that time the Fitbit dashboard came up but without any data.

Therefore it seems that is where the problem is, the connection between the Apple update and the Fitbit data. I have tried all recommendations on the Fitbit support sites and yours. When I go into accounts, Charge2, snyc, set that to all day and try to snyc now, it does nothing. If I take it out of auto snyc and click snyc now a window comes up asking to setup or cancel. I click on setup and nothing happens and that window disappears. I also see the faint wheel going around searching for ever. Bluetooth is connected also.   Bill

I've got exactly the same problem.  iPad pro IOS update 13.4.1. a week ago.  Contacted Fitbit twice by on-line chat.  No solution given.  Software problem.  Told to keep checking for solution.

iPad says that my device is found but can't connect.  Not very happy.  Thinking about buying a Withings.
