@ameyagidwani welcome aboard! Hey in this case I recommend checking that your Fitbit app for iOS has been updated to its latest version. The newest version is the 2.27 and it was released on September 16.
Try logging out, force quitting your app and then logging back in. I hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
