After update clock face issues

I cannot, since the update, change the clock face after I changed it immediately once the update was complete. I need to figure why it is no longer working. It is showing up a black screen with arrows since the update that day.

Try a reset on your tracker Leesa.

Here are the different ways, your tracker should be listed, click on it.

...after resetting, resync and let us know "whatchagot" 😉

Thanks for asking!

Same with me. And on website it only shows 4 old faces. This is annoying, I like to change my clock face frequently.

Please post the solutions if you find any. Thanks!

@ameyagidwani welcome aboard! Hey in this case I recommend checking that your Fitbit app for iOS has been updated to its latest version. The newest version is the 2.27 and it was released on September 16.

Try logging out, force quitting your app and then logging back in. I hope this helps. Keep me posted! Cat Tongue
