After update clock face issues

I cannot, since the update, change the clock face after I changed it immediately once the update was complete. I need to figure why it is no longer working. It is showing up a black screen with arrows since the update that day.

I have had the same problem. I've deleted the app, restarted my Blaze, and tried everything to no avail!

@Shijuana @Leesa16 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! There was an issue with the newest firmware update for the Fitbit Blaze. Fitbit is currently working on a fix. The thing is that the clock faces were universally disabled until the new update is fixed. That is why you see blank there! Check this thread for more details. Once the update is released we will let you know so you can download it.
