Sorry you're having this problem, @Phyldig. Have you tried deleting the alarm? It sounds like you may have a repeating alarm going on. Try this:
Open the Fitbit app and tap Account, then Charge 2.
Scroll down to Silent Alarms.
You should see the alarm. Swipe it to the left. The word Delete should appear. Tap it. Once it is off the screen, re-sync your Charge 2. Then tap through the screens on your device, making sure the alarm is not set.
