Flex not syncing, resetting steps

My flex showed it was tracking my steps (roughly 2.3 mi worth) while I was on a run this morning, but when I opened the app, it spent forever syncing and then said 0 steps. I tapped the flex and it was back to the first dot. Now I don't even know if it'll track anymore. I got this like three months ago. Help!!

@Gsetia Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is very strange. I recommend performing a restart on your Flex to prevent this from happening again. Do this a couple of times.

 

If you keep experiencing trouble to sync; check this syncing master post to get some syncing troubleshooting steps. Just search for the iOS instructions within the post.

 

To recover any lost steps; I recommend logging the activity manually. This option will credit you with accurate data.
