A number of us are finding we have not been able to synch for the last 25 hours. For awhile I couldn't get in to the boards as it said "We will be back soon". Still no synch.

Please check your Bluetooth settings. To do this:
- Go into your IOS settings, then Bluetooth
- is your Fitbit listed? If yes, tap to see if it will reconnect. If no, you will have to re-pair your device to your iPhone, iPad or whatever you are using.
If your Fitbit is connected via Bluetooth, then the next thing to do is Restart Your Tracker.
These are the two main troubleshooting steps for your type of problem. Please let me know if you are still unable to sync.
Best AnswerThanks for info. I only synch on my laptop so I had done a re-start yesterday and it synched immediately. Today it is not synching again so will do as you suggest and see how that goes.
