unable to synch for 25 hours

A number of us are finding we have not been able to synch for the last 25 hours.  For awhile I couldn't get in to the boards as it said "We will be back soon".  Still no synch.

I'm having the same problem.  I've only had my fitbit for a little over a week.  There was no display so we changed the battery and the display is back but still not synching.

Please check your Bluetooth settings. To do this:

  - Go into your IOS settings, then Bluetooth

  - is your Fitbit listed? If yes, tap to see if it will reconnect. If no, you will have to re-pair your device to your iPhone, iPad or whatever you are using.

If your Fitbit is connected via Bluetooth, then the next thing to do is Restart Your Tracker.

These are the two main troubleshooting steps for your type of problem. Please let me know if you are still unable to sync.

Thanks for info. I only synch on my laptop so I had done a re-start yesterday and it synched immediately.  Today it is not synching again so will do as you suggest and see how that goes.

@Bobbinyc The following steps should get you syncing again with your iOS device:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Keep me posted if you need any additional help.

@DonnaBright This is the iOS forum, so all of the content that's posted here may not be applicable to you. Regardless, the following steps should help you with getting your tracker to sync again:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your laptop.

3. If you have a sync dongle, plug it into your laptop's USB port.

4. Try to force sync your tracker, click here for instructions.

Also, you may be able to find more information that is applicable to you in the Windows 10 forum. Hope this helps!
