Alarms Not Deleting

Whenever I try to delete an alarm on the Fitbit app (iPhone 12, iOS 15.6.1) it just shows up as greyed out and doesn’t let me delete, edit, or otherwise remove the alarm. I’ve tried restarting the app, redownloading the app, and making sure my Fitbit is synced, but these alarms won’t go away. Any ideas on what’s going on here? 

In this pic, the top two alarms are the ones that seem stuck.

Have you tried deleting those alarms going through the Fitbit Dashboard instead? I’d give that a try: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1868.htm#On-Devic2

 

You didn’t mention which Fitbit you have but please note that alarms you set in the Alarms app on Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, and Fitbit Versa 3 are separate from alarms you set with your voice assistant. To disable those alarms look here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2009.htm
