Why is it when Fitbit comes out with new products the old one stop working I feel like such a fool I have had Fitbit since 2015 and every time they come out with a new product my old one seems to stops working and everybody tells me to stop buying them and just buy an apple product maybe this time you would think I would stop spending money  on products that only last 2 years if your lucky

Or, alternatively, why do you just say yours just stopped working, without describing the symptoms to see if someone here can offer some help?  Or do you truly believe that Fitbit just made all existing products inoperable and there is no possible help?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Someone there could start making better products seems very funny to me every time an update comes out before a product release happens Fitbits stop working I know of two other people besides me this happened to with in the last week this is the 5th time over the years for me when you call go through the forum or email you get the same uncaring we will give you a discount on your next purchase how about replacing it for a change
