The newest update as of 6/19/19 no longer has the “+” on the dashboard which you click to add/change/delete alarms. My previous alarms are still available on my actual device but I can only turn them on and off now since I don’t have access to edit the alarms anywhere on this newest update. I can’t find any place where the alarms are mentioned and the Help section for Alarms is based on the previous versions of the app. Please advise on how to access alarm editing or fix the app. Thank you!

Go to the main "Today" tab of the new dashboard and select your profile picture at the top left of the screen. Then select your fitbit device and you go to the device settings page where you should see the alarm options.

Thank you!
Now, if only they didn’t remove the user friendly, easy to access function leaving us only with this nonintuitive, ridiculous method with way too many steps for a very simple function.

@pcgibson1 What fitbit do you have? If it's the Charge 3 then the latest update has moved the alarms from the phone app to the Charge 3

With the latest update to the Charge 3 the alarm settings moved from the iPhone to the Charge 3. From the clock screen on the fitbit swipe left until you see the alarms app.

Now they have removed alarms completely. Alarms are the only reason I bought my Charger 3. Can you restore the functionality or refund the money?
