Alexa not Working on Versa 3

Yesterday my Alexa was working just fine on my Versa 3, but today it 'logged me out' so I needed to set it up again. 

One I clicked 'Log in' on the Amazon tab that pops up. It said I 'need to enable cookies on my browser'. It worked fine before, what has changed? I use Safari and have an iPhone 12. Could anyone help?

I believe I can help with this issue. I understand you are having trouble setting your Alexa back up. Try these steps: First uninstall the amazon shopping app from your mobile device. Then go back to the fitbit amazon app. Let the app set up your amazon account through your phone browser. After everything is complete try using alexa on your watch. If that works you can then reinstall the amazon shopping app on your phone.

I have the exact same problem. There is no Fitbit Amazon app??
