All Day Sync is not working correctly, Charge HR/iPhone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My ChargeHR does not automatically sync unless I go in to the App on my iPhone.  I do have the All Day Sync switched on.  This is extremely frustrating, as when I receive the weekly report it only shows the days that were synced.

Hello @DCH7779, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Since when have you experienced this issue? Have you restarted your Charge HR lately? If so, let's try the following:

  • Open the Fitbit app and disable All Day sync.
  • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app, then tap on Account > Charge HR > Notifications and enable them in order to form a Bluetooth bond between the tracker and the phone.
  • Go back and enable All Day sync once again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
